Do wix website ranks faster and easier????

There is this website ranking for the kwd "waterproofing contractors in Pune". You will find this website leaklockwaterproofing on the 1st page it is just a single page website with near to no content, 0 baclinks, just bunch of h1 tag kwd stuffing( you won't be able to find the h1 ta kwd stuffing it is in the footer). The website is made of wix. I was planning to make a new website on wix and try to do the same. Let me know your opinion.
