Do I Disawov Low DR Links Even Though They Are In The Same Niche?

As the question states, my client has a website (DR: 45) that is essentially a platform for outdoor guiding services. Now, we've had an external SEO agency do the backlink analysis for us. They also put some recommendations for the specific links to disavow.

For instance, Unuraymi (cannot link to it sadly because of the rules of the sub) has a DR rating of 1 (via Ahrefs) and points to our platform with 200 links. Basically, it's the same niche (outdoor guiding services), but the DR is extra low. So, do I disavow such links to our website because of their low DR, even though they are in the same niche as our platform?
