/bot-traffic.blah in my site content

Hello fellow SEO humans.

I've got a client that has /bot-traffic.blah as their top content page. I've tangled with my fair share of bot spamming but this is the first time I've run into a bot that has managed to look like its on my clients page. I looked up www myclient dot com/bot-traffic.blah and it came up as 404, so the site doesn't look like its been infiltrated.

I'm going to block the traffic but any ideas on why this is showing up?
