Advice on where to begin

Hey all,

I’ve got to boost my organic growth with a small budget.

I have some understanding of SEO including the ability to do on-page optimisations.

As for off-page & technical, I would look to outsource.

My question is where do I start? Do I hire an expert to run an audit, then devise a strategy or just create a checklist myself?

Any advice would be appreciated.
