People using HARO, could you help?

I've been working with a product around HARO and I'm trying to understand better my market.

I used HARO for my previous projects to get exposure and backlinks, but also at the expense of time and mentally draining to complete the queries in a creative way.

I need to understand if:

1. Do you see value in HARO?
2. Are you checking your inboxes daily?
3. Have you ever consider the subscription plan they have? Why?
