Help with Facebook Ads

I need some help in improving my skills with Facebook Ads. For know I feel like I’m stuck with Facebook Ads. Setting up the advertisement, putting down the Pixel and make an Facebook Event to track the conversion.

I feel like it’s going to get pretty boorriingg work this for a few years. Is there any method that can help me improve my Facebook Ads campaigns?

Beside audience targeting and achieving conversion and online goals. So really related to Facebook Ads.
