Google My Business - No Customer Support

Not sure if this is the right sub, but I've submitted countless customer support requests to resolve issues with GMB without resolve for almost 8 weeks now. I've had to go through the lengthy process of verifying my business with mailings numerous times, and my business info is still incorrect. I cannot remove the automatic Google updates and edit my own business info, even though my business has been verified. The only response I have received from Google is, "We understand that your business information is not going live on maps. We have escalated your concern to the specialist team who might help you better. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look into it." With no further responses. I did initially have the correct business info, the first two weeks my business was running, before I accidentally made an edit that I haven't been able to recover from since. You can see the decline in traffic to my website after the first two weeks and since I've been trying to resolve this issue. I'm furious thinking about what this has cost me in revenue this summer. Anyone having similar issues with their customer support? Can we class action this?
