Have 3 service area gmbs attached to one website with more than 200 real reviews on each and about 3-5 year old

but for some reason since about mid-July, the website has stopped showing up

on my backend, I can see it on the gmb dash

but it won't show up even if I try to change it back I get an email saying that either a user or google detected the changes
any idea or way on how to rectify this?
