All keywords dramatically de-ranked in 1 day

Just got a notification from SEMRUSH as pretty much all my big keywords deranked anywhere from 10 spots up to 80 spots. I did have APNEWS pickup an article and i noticed a TON of other random domains pickup the articles with very high spam and toxicity scores. Should I disavow them all? About 60 domains. Also on search console is there a spot to see toxic domains or any warnings? Thanks for the help!
