Similarweb isn't letting me pay them for data

Is there something I'm missing here? I love browsing the data on SimilarWeb but they keep blocking me from more detailed data. And then waving the premium account option in front of my face. Yet, when I attempt to purchase the premium account, the box that pops up prompts me to contact them, which I then do. They literally ghost me. I've tried time and time again to tell them I'm willing to pay for the data but they just keep ignoring me. I don't understand. Why would they advertise the premium accounts and then not let people pay for them. How do I gain access to this data? I really want it.
