SEO for website with a Directory

Hello, we have a website where we provide affordable mental health services for our local community. We have volunteers and health professionals on our team directory.

Would it be beneficial to setup SEO for each team member's page on our directory? We have about 25 people on our team, so 25 different profile pages. Traffic to each profile page would not be useful, it would only be useful if it helped our overall SEO ranking and if our home page would benefit from people searching on Google.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
