Need suggestion from experts for 301 redirect or not

so i wanna tell you in detail that i register a blog more then 7 years ago which is mbgadget.blogspot.com after working for 4 to 5 months i buy domain mbgadgetdotcom from a local domain reseller.

Again working of the dotcom domain for more then 4 years local domain reseller got disconnected and i just loss control on it. Now the the blog is returned back to blogspot subdomain.

In this time pretty offpage links are also connected with dotcom domain and also subdomain of blogspot too.

No i plan to restart the blog and start updating. I need suggestion about should i start a new blog or i again 301 redirect it to the new site ?

At this time many many posts are on mbgadget.blogpsot.com but i didn't added it in search console for index.(as its useless) .Only main posts of around 10 to 20 are in index and it bring about 2 to 400 visits daily.

My question is what to do. ? should i delete the unnecessary posts and redirect it to new domain or i just start a new blog because old blog had around 10 to 20 posts that are useful.??
