How important is age of business for GMB ranking?

I am trying to rank for a specific keyword in my area, There are only 2 providers and I rank second, The third is some unrelated business. I have more reviews than the other, I have a website, the other does not, I have the keyword in my GMB profile and the very first link google suggests is my website with that keyword. However I still show second in GMB. How can I improve this?

They have been around 10 years longer than me. but as far as I can tell never update their profile on GMB.
