Google is making my meta titles all lowercase in SERPs for many posts?

I capitalize every major word of my H1, and 99% of the time, I just leave my H1 header as the meta title for a post.

I use SEO Framework wordpress plugin for SEO, which just automatically takes the H1 as the meta title unless otherwise specified.

Yet I just noticed in many google searches (in incognito tab), my post titles are all lowercase. Even the first word.

Anyone seen this, or have any clue why?
