Brand Search Shows Spammy Result in Foreign Language

Hi All, I work for an ecommerce company and noticed today when searching the brand name, the page title and meta description in the SERP is in what looks like Japanese. It looks like this:

美國禮來犀利士5mg台灣官網| 讓您重拾自信，擁抱愉悅生活,24小時線上輕鬆訂購免運費.台灣犀利士指定官方線上藥局..

I haven't seen anything yet as to why this is occurring. Anyone have any clue why this is? Our homepage appears fine and the title and description haven't changed from what they were before. Traffic has dropped significantly in the last few days. It's only the homepage
