SEO tips for bootstrap sites hosted on Aws?

I see a lot of the seo strategies and tactics talk about the power of using builders like Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace etc.

With bootstrap/aws I imagine you’re limited to optimizing meta data, descriptions in the header, keywords, and back linking — am I off base?

What are the best ways to optimize bootstrap or custom HTML/css/Js sites?
