SEO Business Slowly Dying Down

Hello everyone a while back I posted how things were going so well for my SEO business, and they're still not terrible; however, things have begun to stagnate with me not being able to land new clients. I have results, I can make a sale, but I truly just don't know if I'm unlucky and asking the wrong people or if I should adjust my strategy. Are there people I can partner with to do sales? or should I continue to push forward? I want to really grow this business as I know I can help people especially since I have results already
