Need help removing links from Google Search Console (Error 5xx)

Hi. I have a website that was previously got injected with random links in the wp-includes folder that were redirecting to other random websites. Right now, as far as I know, these links are not on the site anymore (reinstalled website, etc). But Google Search Console is still showing Error 5xx even after these links are removed.

When I inspect the URL in GSC, it just says "Page Not Found" which is normal. Now, the thing I want is to remove these links from the Google Search Console dashboard. I tried submitted for a fix but these are still there saying it's failed. Any help?
