My ranking is terrible need help

Hi,

I am not sure why my website is not coming up on the google ranking, and my DA is sitting at 1. I have GMB, apple, facebook page, Instagram page, google map, truelocal, and many other citations.

somemore I have paid google ads campaign.

but my DA is like 1.

I am thinking to hire some content writer to update the content on our website but their are still not that bad.

I am also thinking to get some backlink on Fiverr but not sure if they can be helpful.
