How well do Ahrefs' estimates of traffic value relate to actual ad revenue?
Ahrefs has a feature they call "traffic value," which converts the amount of organic traffic that your site gets into a dollar value, based on what people would pay Google Ads to get that same amount of traffic for the keywords that you're ranking for.
Does anyone have any experience in how accurately that "traffic value" figure corresponds to what you might be earning for display ads, if indeed you were running display ads on your site? Of course that would depend on which network you're using, with Adthrive paying more than Ezoic paying more than Adsense etc.
But is the Ahrefs estimate generally ballpark correct?
