How to make my portfolio appear on Google( not even #1. just needs to be on Google at least)

Hey People,

As part of my journey to become a software developer I created a portfolio site from scratch using React. I am hosting it on Netlify and I bought the domain (a .com one) from Google Domains. The domain name is my name , and since I have a unique name I don't even need it to appear #1 on Google, I just would like it to at least appear somewhere on it and aknowledge the existance of my site XD. I added the meta tags name="Name LastName" content="Personal portoflio, software developer" Can someone point me in the right direction for some good docs? Thanks everyone!
