How does stuff like this reach the top of results?

So I have both a PC and a Mac.

I Googled "iMessage for PC" wondering if some extension or something came out yet.

The first results is clearly a BS virus or something. It's all lowercase, poorly written etc., but the link above shows up as "https://chrome.google.com" and "McAfee" secure is next to it.

It's not even a paid ad.

How the heck does this get approved and up to the top of results??
