Google's "Core Web Vitals" are killing me

Has anyone ever actually seen a website pass it? Among websites that don't are Facebook, MOZ, and Ahrefs. I tried testing Google themselves (lol) but it was blocked. Probably because even they don't pass this impossible metric.

My client sent me a link from another SEO company talking about it and said she wanted to see "how we stacked up". The SEO company's post said "we optimized for this a long time ago and saw a big spike for our clients after the optimization". But guess what? Their site doesnt pass and neither do their clients.

It just seems like such a sham, should i quit wasting my time trying to improve my score?
