Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) value is different in Search Console and Chrome Lighthouse

Hi all,

Can someone explain why Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) value is different in Google Search Console (0.51) and in Chrome Lighthouse test (0)? Both values are obtained for mobile website layout.

I am trying to fix the CLS value in Search Console but I do not know how to test it other than in Chrome Lighthouse plugin. Any suggestions?
