A Fortune 500 stole my content! (And I have direct tracking code evidence!)

A Fortune 500 - a huge player in my niche stole my content. How do I know? Because they even copied my unique tracking code in the html!!!

So - with this smoking gun - what should I do?

I am thinking that I amicably bring it to their attention and settle with a DoFollow Link Attribution to me.

They stole my rankings from this content - but I feel that escalating this wont achieve much - better to just get a nice dofollow from a higher DA than me and mega niche-leader
