Need Advice Improving A Performance Index of 27
I am trying to improve the lighthouse performance score of a site I am working on. When I started the site was at averaging right around 12-13. I added in responsive images thinking it would give me a much bigger jump than it did. I am however resizing those images as they are requested on a fairly slow server. I'm wondering if I would see any meaningful improvements if I were to cache the resized images and serve those up???
The current metrics are below.; I would love any advice on how to improve these.
