Looking for cheaper alternatives to Semrush for non-profit

Hi everyone. I've been doing SEO and competitor analysis manually for the past year using seperate free tools. I now work for a non-profit and have more responsibilities, so I'm looking for something like semrush or ahrefs to use my time more effectively. The problem is the price, it's a small non-profit and I suspect pitching using a $1000+ pa product would go down like a lead balloon. Are there any non-profit pricings for these products (like adobe does) or cheaper alternatives? The main thing for me would be competitor analysis, if I had to choose between that and the website's SEO (which I could still do manually).
