How to check my SEO as I am writing content?

For the life of me I cannot seem to be able to find a tool that allows me to know where I stand keyword-wise when writing, be it on google docs or word 365.

Do you guys know of any tool that reminds you of your keywords and checks how many are in your document at any given time?

I'm thinking about something like SEOsurfer for those who know, but possibly as a Word add-on.

This shouldnt be too hard to find, it just needs to check and be like for example "keyword : house 3/8" if my keyword is house and I have written it 3 times out of 8.

Yet, I can't find anything that does this. If you have any idea please share!
