WooCommerce SEO for Products on non-Product Pages

I have a WooCommerce website wherein our homepage is the purchase page for our main product and its various options using the Elementor Checkout widget. This was done because WooCommerce cannot set the homepage/front page as a product page.

I am looking to ensure it is optimized for SEO. Specifically, I'm wondering if it is an issue to have some duplicate content on the homepage and the Product Page, and if I should simply clear all content from the actual Product page besides the core product info to avoid duplicate content. I'm also wondering how this should be handled with Schema/telling Google that the homepage is for a Product even when WooCommerce handles it differently.
