What is going to happen to my permanently deleted well-ranked posts?

Hello,

I found out that all articles uploaded to Wordpress with my second Author account I was using to publish articles were deleted (with the author account as well) and I have no idea how or when did that happen... The problem is all of them were +10 months old and were displayed on top 1-3 Google search pages. I had the copies of those articles on my desktop and I just copy pasted the same content again using the exact same slug/url of each original article.

My question is: is it going to take the same time it took to rank them again as when I first posted them? What does that even mean for my SEO?

They were on low competition keywords. Now they aren't in the search pages at all.
