What are the services you charge for?

I was looking at a popular agency's SEO services and this is what they are charging $1500 for -

• 15 Keywords
• On-Site Optimization
• Web 2.0 10-16 Unique Article Syndicated Uniquely on Quality web 2.0 Sites
• 1 Article Submissions
• Press Releases (Free)
• Social Bookmarking
• Monthly Ranking Reports
• Competitor Link Analysis
• On-Site Consultation
• Premium Press Release (additional $150 each)

Since I am an individual pursuing SEO from home and have no agency experience whatsoever, I wondered if this is what clients need from an SEO service. I know SEO isn't cheap and asks for more than $1k per month (except for audit), but what exactly do you charge for?

Some of the things I know that I can charge for are -

• Link Building (through Outreach and using platforms like HARO)
• Keyword Research (though I believe experience plays a crucial role in this)
• Technical SEO audit from time to time
• On-page SEO checks from time to time
• And doing all of this consistently for months
