Index issue on post and page

Hello, I am using RankMath SEO plugin. Recently I have encountered with issue. That post & page sitesmaps are showing blank, not showing any list of page and blogs.

Other sitemaps like categories & tags are working fine.

Also, I see index issue. For example if I use Site: URL "Topic Name" it fetch me result of other topic.

What could be the issue.
