Hello guys. One of my websites didn't rank well in any keyword despite my efforts. Now I am planning to publish the same article in an new website and remove it from my old website. How should I do it?

I am thinking of first removing the articles from Google via search console removal and after that delete that article permanently from old website, but I will take a backup of that content. Then I will publish that article in my new website. Will publishing the exact same content a good thing to do or should I make changes before adding that content to my new website?
