Do any decent SEOs work for profit share/commission?

I have a few affiliate websites that a year or two ago made $10k-$20k profit per month. I've been too busy to touch them over the past 12 months and as a result rankings/revenue have steadily fallen to around $1-2k/month. There's a lot of good content that ranked well for years that definitely has the potential to make decent amounts of revenue again if more active SEO is applied.

Are there any decent SEOs that work for profit share/commission (e.g. 50% profit share) rather than a set monthly fee in these sorts of situations?
