I've decided to get a well regarded agency to do my SEO as I just don't have the time to do it myself. I know people say it takes 6 months until one starts benefiting from SEO and around 4 months until there's any sign of anything happening. However, I'm curious as to how this is going to pan out.

I'm currently 2 months in with this agency. At the moment I see nothing going on in my search console. Am I going to start seeing a little activity around 4 months in and then it just starts gaining momentum until it starts taking off like a rocket at around 6 months? I have complete faith in the agency as they've got some big brands as clients. However I feel like I'm blindy marching forward in a dark tunnel wondering when I'm gonna see some glimmer of light.
