Yoast and GSC Sitemap Best Practice

Hello Everyone,

I'm re-submitting some sitemaps into GSC and was wondering what you think the best practice is. Yoast has the sitemap_index.xml which then has the post-sitemap.xml and page-sitemap.xml. Should I submit I just submit the sitemap_index.xml, or the post and page ones, or all three?
