When setting up SEO for an apparel brand, should I include "Unisex" and "Adult" in the title?

Hey everyone- so I am creating a new apparel brand centered around dragons and the like. Would it be a good idea to include "Adult Unisex T-Shirt" in the title, or is "Adult" and "Unisex" unneeded here? I'll also be selling Kid's Tees and will certainly utilize "Kid's" in the title.

On a related note, because I am working within a single niche, I found it impossible to truly find unique keywords with any sort of traffic that can be used for each shirt design (they're simply too narrow in focus). For example, a dragon sipping drinks on a beach has no good keywords associated with it that are specific to that design. Rather, is it okay to simply name it "Sipping Drinks On a Beach - Dragon T-Shirt" and instead optimize my "Dragon T-Shirts" category page? I apologize if my question is difficult to follow. I just can't seem to figure out how to create SEO-optimized product listings for shirts when I'm within a single niche. For example, if I sold all kinds of shirts, it'd be simple: I could have "Funny Dog Shirt" here and "Unicorn Shirt" there, but there's only so many ways when dealing with dragons alone.

Thank you so much for any help here. This has been plaguing me lately.
