Should I list my local business on "low quality" directories on brightlocal?

I've read you need your business on as many directories as possible, assuming they're not garbage erectile dysfunction directories lol.

So... for nap and all that, is it safe to assume that if its on brightlocal its good enough to put your business on that site?
