Is the same content on multipul blog post bad for SEO.

Hello, I'm looking for some advice, please. I'm creating content at the moment for a blog post. I'm writing about how to get more business leads in 2021 for a specific industry. It would work for lots of different industry types as well. If I edit the content and just make a couple of changes in regards to a new industry and post it will it have a detrimental effect as the vast majority of it will be the same as another post?
