How to Exclude Traffic from Link Shortener Site

Hey r/seo,

yesterday we got a bit of Spam Traffic to our site from an rb.gy shortened Link. We had around 1k hits over one Hour from this specific Link. I'm currently trying to exclude this Traffic from our Analytics, but I can't seem to get it to work correctly.

I tried the following: Exclude > Campaign Source > Filter Pattern: rb.gy Exclude > Referral > Filtern Pattern: complete link

If I try the Filter Verification, it always gives me "This filter would not have changed your data."

Someone got an Idea how to fix this?
