Hey all. I run a blogging newsletter, and we're looking for someone to briefly touch on blog post frequency. Happy to link to your brand/business in the newsletter beside your comment.

I don't want this to be self-promotional in any way, so I'm not going to name the newsletter, but we're fairly sizeable, and this week we're talking a bit about blog post frequency, and stats and numbers around that.

We have our own views, but also want to feature people who focus on advice from those who are professional SEOs.

Obviously, the more you post the better, but we're specifically concerned with this question - "Is there a minimum posting frequency that bloggers/site owners should aim for to stay relevant within search engines?"
