Do I have to worry about duplicated paragraphs among my different content posts?

I have a niche website where I'm talking about buying new vs used and where/how/why to buy in various different posts. I have similar paragraphs sometimes like "why buy used?" with a bunch of bullet points and information that is repeated exactly (for the convenience of the reader of course).

Will this do any harm for my SEO? I think it's better for the reading experience, but I hear all these scary things about duplicated content hurting my SEO.
