Did local SEO for a keyword for fun and 6 months later getting 3 calls a day. Don't know what to do with it

Hey guys,

I run my own SEO agency and sometimes for fun, I just create random websites I think I can get position #1 and do SEO on it to see if I can rank it. This site has no backlinks. I just saw an opportunity to buy a domain that was an exact domain match to my keyword. I just sprinkled a bit of content in there and just waited for a few months.

The keyword is in the meat catering business and I'm getting around 3 calls a day.

I'm still shocked I haven't gotten a negative review yet because it's been up for nearly a year now and it's still going up in rankings... and even for other keywords.

If anyone in Sydney wants it, happy to give it away to the right person who's keen to do meat catering in Sydney Australia.

I even got an inquiry from DHL for a 500 person catering event during Christmas last year (split among 5 shifts).
