Are advanced SEOs more soft spoken than beginners? Wondering why so few posts are coming from people with 10+ years SEO careers

Not trying to ruffle feathers - by all means beginners keep asking questions in the sub. But I’m beginning to wonder if long corporate SEO careers aren’t much of a thing.. or maybe those folks transition into more general marketing roles at director levels or higher.. or maybe those folks go off and build their own businesses and don’t stick around for 10-15 years in corporate world doing SEO.

If I’m wrong and just missing those posts in the sub, please let me know.
