I wanted to get some feedback from some people. I've recently had a developer redo an old set of mine it's had a good ranking over the years. Into a WordPress site. He converted everything to Webp files and it loads in 2 seconds to fast website It seems like it's on the road to getting better SEO But two customers have already told me they can't see any pictures on my website. After some research it looks like Safari doesn't display them. Any information on this? My developer says it's better to confuse webp other than switching to JPEG because I'll loose site speed.
