Prevent CDN duplicates and other best-practices?

I'm currently implementing a CDN (BunnyCDN) on my WordPress website (Elementor, WP Rocket).

The provider automatically adds canonical link headers to requests pointing back to the origin URL to prevent duplicate content.

Is there anything else I can (or must) do to make full use of the CDN and prevent SEO penalties when using this service?
