Where can I go to get an SEO certification or verified knowledge?

I've been learning about SEO and related things for a blog I run. I also thought maybe having a certification of some sort on my resume would also look good because I'm in the marketing industry more or less. If not are there other certifications for digital marketing or related fields? Im a business student and take marketing as a course so getting a marketing degree is out of the option.
