My traffic doesn't make sense

My new website is getting almost all traffic from countries where no one even speaks the website's language.

Plus, it's consistently super low in SERPs in those countries (between 50 and 100), which is also weird to me because in reality no one opens page 9 of the results.

Is there something I should do about this? Does anyone know what's going on?
