Could use feedback on this.

I have a local service website running on WP with Rankmath plugin. Few weeks ago, l had a guy on Fiverr do some SEO, with all the pages being at around 65-70.

This morning l edited SEO one one page (the key words were all wrong) and the score dropped like a rock (16). Did l fuck it up, or is this just temporary?

Also, if anyone is interested in getting my pages to green, l am opened.
