How to rank higher on my google business locally.

Trying to expand my business online and curious on what matters the most to rank highest on local my google business for important keywords. Is it mostly reviews? Does reviews on other sites help? Does having customers using keywords in there reviews help? Is my website most important? Any recommendations where I should focus my attention I would greatly appreciate! Thank you :)
